How to Use a Bluetooth Headset in Battlefield: Bad Company 2

"Battlefield: Bad Company 2" is a first-person shooter that pits the U.S. in a fictional war against Russia. You play as a soldier in the game. Since it is possible to play online with a group of other soldiers you can set up a headset in order to communicate. This headsets connects to your gaming console via the Bluetooth feature.

Instructions

  Turn on your Bluetooth headset and gaming console and insert the "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" game disc in the game console. The main menu screen will appear.

  Use the controller to scroll through the options to get to the accessories menu.

  Select "Manage Bluetooth Devices" from the list of options.

  Select "Yes" when the screen prompt appears asking you to register a Bluetooth device.

  Select "Start Scanning" from the list of options and the console will begin scanning for available Bluetooth devices.

  Select your particular Bluetooth headset from the list of options that appear in a window and then use the controller to enter "0000" as the passkey when prompted. The headset will then be paired.

  Begin a new game of "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" and you can now speak into the headset and communicate with other players.
