Begin the level, using Don Lu's dog to light your way. Ride the dog or stay a few steps ahead of him. Ride the dog over the two pits of spikes that you encounter.
Push the ramp down to give the dog a way to follow you. When you reach a wall, hop up to the top to progress. Push over the ramp, which will provide a means for the dog to continue.
Avoid the black mist. You will reach a point that will lead you into a black mist, but you have the option to take a lower route. The dog will go through the black mist unharmed as you take the lower route. Hop over three spike pits on this lower level.
Pull the lever to assist the dog in continuing. When you reach another wall, hop up and pull the lever at the top. This will raise the floor where the dog is located.
Avoid the trap door. Look for a green area on the floor and get to the other side before the dog rolls onto it. This area will open up, and the dog will be abducted.
Make your way to Don Lu. Take the three lifts up and hop over any spike pits as you make your way along the path. Avoid the bats as they float up and down. Jump over more spike pits, some of which ascend out of the ground. Grab onto the skulls, which will help you clear the larger spike pits. You will reach a large sponge block with a skull in the middle of it. Pull this out and jump on top to reach Don Lu.
Cover the spike pit. Drag Don Lu over to a large spike pit. Swing over the pit, using the skulls to get to the other side. Pull the lever to cover the spike pit. Drag Don Lu over the covered spike pit.
Place Don Lu on the launcher. Once in the next room, drag Don Lu to the top of the hill, where you can drag him no further. Climb up the stairs and jump on the red button. This will launch him up to your level.
Drag Don Lu until you reach a tunnel that is too big for him. Crawl through the tunnel and take the lifts up. Avoid Frida as she crashes through walls once on either side with her Skulldozer. After ascending the ramps, you will reach the end of the level.
