How to Unlock the Whole Map in Mercenaries 2

In "Mercenaries 2," your character is double-crossed and wants payback. You set up a base camp in the local town and plot your revenge. You must help out army factions spread across towns in Venezuela. Assisting one faction may affect your relationship with another. With each mission completed, you meet new contacts that offer to hire you to work in new areas. Complete all of the missions and the entire map will be available to you.

Instructions

- 1
  Free General Carmona. You must steer the boat to shore and fight your way into the compound. You will be given large amounts of ammo and health to complete this mission, as it functions as a tutorial for the rest of the game. Completing this mission will place you in Venezuela on a path to your next mission -- attacking Solano's villa.

  Attack Solano's villa. Drive a car or semi-truck into the villa. Attempt to run over as many people as possible before the car reaches critical damage. Once the vehicle displays a flame on the front, exit it quickly. Use your map to track down and eliminate Solano's top henchmen. Enter the villa and hijack the tank. Use the tank to kill the remaining soldiers. The mission will be completed, leaving you open to accept missions freely.

  Complete all of the missions for Universal Petroleum. This will open the neighboring city.

  Complete all of the missions for the Private Mercenary Company. This will unlock more of the map and introduce the People's Liberation Army of Venezuela.

  Complete all of the missions for the People's Liberation Army of Venezuela. This will unlock missions for the Allied Nations.
- 6
  Complete all of the missions for the Allied Nations. This will unlock the missions for the People's Republic of China. The final mission in this chapter comes down to a battle between the Chinese and Allied Nation. Backing the Allied Nation in this mission will result in the destruction of the Chinese headquarters as well as the area around it. This area will still be accessible in co-op mode with another player.
