How to Fix Oblivion Glitches on PS3

Despite extensive testing, some video game developers, such as Bethesda Softworks, distribute games with glitches that aren't apparent until the game is played on a large scale. When this happens, game developers often release patches to be downloaded to your game console, such as the PS3, to fix the glitches. Bethesda Softworks has released patches for "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" and other titles such as "Fallout 3" and "Fallout New Vegas." These patches are automatically available for download, but you must actively download and install them before they can be applied to fix your game's glitches.
