Move your fighter within striking distance of your opponent. You will need to be fairly close to your opponent in order to get behind him.
Wait for your opponent to attempt a strike that requires him to move his body 360 degrees. Roundhouse kicks are ideal.
Dodge your opponent's strike by creating space using the left analog stick. You should be just out of range of the strike but not so far from your opponent that you cannot attempt a clinch.
Attempt a clinch as the opponent turns his back by moving your right analog stick toward your opponent. If timed correctly, you will be directly behind your opponent with a double underhooks clinch.
