Turn on Eagle Vision to spot a glyph. The 20 glyphs can be found in the following locations: La Rosa Colta in Florence, Santa Croce in Florence, Mercato Vecchio in Florence, San Lorenzo in Florence, Ospedale Degli Innocenti in Florence, Villa Mansion in Monteriggioni, Torri Del Salvucci in Tuscany, Torre Del Diavolo in Tuscany, Monte Oliveto Maggiore in Tuscany, Santa Maria Assunta in Tuscany, Antico Teatro Romano in Tuscany, Abbazia Di San Mercuriale in Forli, Avamposto Veneziano in Forli, Ponte Di Rialto in Venice, San Giacomo Di Rialto in Venice, Gilda Dei Ladri Di Venezia in Venice, Campanile Di San Marco in Venice, Torre Dell 'Orologio in Venice, San Pietro Di Castello in Venice, and Scuola Granda Di San Marco in Venice.
Choose the pictures Judgment of Paris, Atlanta and Hippomenes, Hercules in the Garden of the Hesperides, The Fall, and Idun and the Apples to solve the first puzzle.
Slide the rings until they form a picture to solve the second puzzle. Start with aligning the easiest features, such as faces, and it should not give you much trouble.
Find the Pieces of Eden near FDR's outstretched hand in the first picture, near Houdini's hand in the second picture, and a little more than halfway up Ghandi's staff in the third picture to solve the third puzzle.
Find the Pieces of Eden inside the opening of the bazooka in the first picture, on the helmet of the background soldier in the second picture, slightly to the right of the center of the third picture on one of the bayonets, and in the top-right creature's fireball in the fourth picture to solve the fourth puzzle.
Select the pictures of Perseus, Atilla the Hun, Sigmund, King Arthur, and Joan of Arc for the first part of the solution to the fifth puzzle. For the second part, choose the pictures of John the Baptist, Alexander The Great, Shabataka, Peter, and Moses.
Slide the rings again until they line up to form a picture to solve the sixth puzzle. There are four pictures to solve. This time, some of the rings move together if you slide one of them. To make it easier, figure out which ring can be moved alone if it is part of a pair of rings that move together.
Choose the paintings of Joseph, Jason, Jesus Christ, David and Goliath, and Christ Disrobed to solve the first part of the seventh puzzle. For part two of the puzzle, locate the red object with gold inside near the left leg of Jesus.
Locate the Piece of Eden a little more than halfway up the staff in the first picture, and in the sword near Joan's left leg in the second picture to solve the first part of the eighth puzzle. For the next part, grab the flame with your cursor and bring it to the picture of Joan of Arc. Then grab Rasputin with your cursor and drag him to the third man in the picture.
Locate the Pieces of Eden on the left side of Houdini's torso in the first picture, and on Ghandi's chest for the second picture to solve the first part of the ninth puzzle. For the second part, use the numbers "312" in the red wheel.
Slide the rings so that the gaps in each of the rings are aligned to solve the first part of the 10th puzzle. For the next part, find the Piece of Eden to the left of the flag on the surface of the moon.
Place the electric cursor over each of the light bulbs in the picture to start solving the 11th puzzle. In the second picture, locate the Piece of Eden above the door. Lastly, locate the Piece of Eden in the lap of the person in the center of the third picture.
Use the solution numbers "240," as in the second part of the ninth puzzle, to solve the first part of the 12th puzzle. For the second part, the solution is 1 = "||.", 3 = "|||", and 9 - "|..."
Use the solution 5 = two squares and a circle, 2 = circle, and 9 = triangle to solve the 13th puzzle.
Choose the pictures Jupiter and Lo, Danae visited by Zeus, Cupid and Psyche, Leda and the Swan, and Rape of Europa to solve the 14th puzzle.
Slide the rings until they are aligned and form a picture again to solve the 15th puzzle.
Place your cursor on the location "Tonguska" to solve the first part of the 16th puzzle. For the second part, grab the sword and stab the picture with it.
Use the solution 7 = the upside down 'e,' 9 = the bowtie and 1 = the small diamond within the bigger diamond to solve the first part of the 17th puzzle. For the second part, locate the Assassin's symbol in the upper-right corner of the second floor of the building.
Use the solution 6 = three tree shapes, 0 = seven tree shapes, and 3 = three arrow shapes and one tree shape to solve the 18th puzzle.
Choose the pictures Nazca Textile, Aztec Calendar Stone, The Eastern Gate, Book of the Dead and Sistine Chapel Ceiling Fresco to solve the first part of the 19th puzzle. For the next part, locate the Piece slightly below and to the left of the center of the picture.
Slide the rings so that they are aligned to solve the first part of the 20th puzzle. For the second part, click on the eye in the sun. For the third part, use any symbols as the solution to the combination puzzle. There is no wrong answer. Lastly, for the fourth part, move your cursor over each of the skeleton's joints to transform it.
