How to Get the Reaper in Resistance: Fall of Man

The Reaper carbine is a weapon used only by the Slipskulls enemy type in the video game "Resistance: Fall of Man," for PlayStation 3. It is a very powerful dual-wielded weapon available to the player only after a complete playthrough of the game. The Reaper's ammo is capable of independently tracking enemies and has an auto-aim feature that targets enemy weak-spots without any assistance from the player. In addition, the dual-wielded nature of the weapon allows the player to target two enemies at once. Another special feature of the Reaper is its ability to strike an enemy twice when used as a melee weapon. The weapon is available soon after the second playthrough begins, in York, England.

Instructions

  Complete a playthrough of the game on any difficulty setting. Start another game with the same game data. The Reaper is only available to the player after the second playthrough has begun.

  Follow the surrounding troops forward, as the game begins in the heat of battle. Defeat the enemy chimera that attack your squad.

  Continue down the path until you reach an area covered in flames. Follow the path leading away from the flames until allies drop in front of you. Follow them as they lead you toward a building containing many chimera.

  Defeat the enemies who are in the courtyard and who are firing from the windows. Move toward the door and clear out the remaining enemies that attack you.

  Enter the house and immediately explore near the entrance door to find the Reaper carbine lying nearby. The weapon is now available throughout the game to pick up as desired.
