Enter the "My Madden" menu before you begin a game. Set the game difficulty level to Rookie. Select a roster for a weaker team such as the Cleveland Browns and edit their stats all down to 12. Select "Penalties" from the "Settings" menu. Turn off false starts and offsides. These changes make it easier to unlock trophies. Leave the settings alone for more of a challenge.
Start a franchise and simulate all the games up to the Pro Bowl. Play and finish the Pro Bowl to unlock the "Thanks for Caring" trophy.
Play through the Madden Moments from the main screen. You need to complete 46 of the 49 moments to unlock the Madden Moments trophy. Make sure you save the game after completing each Madden Moment so you don't lose your progress if the game freezes.
Play exhibition games and unlock the rest of the trophies one by one. Most of the trophies are simple, such as "return a punt for a touchdown," "intercept 5 passes in a game" and "rush for over 200 yards in a game with one player." If you are having difficulty, edit your player stats up to max on the roster page. Some trophies are easier if you use another controller to manipulate a second player.
