How to Use a Mantis Doll

"Metal Gear Solid 4" was released for the PlayStation 3 in 2008. Your character, Solid Snake, will use a variety of weapons against his enemies. There are standard weapons, such as assault rifles and pistols, to futuristic weapons, such as the Psycho Mantis Doll. The Mantis Doll, when used, takes control of your enemy and causes him to drop weapons and items before he is defeated. Use the Mantis Doll the same way you use any other weapon in the game.

Instructions

     Hold "R2" and use the left analog stick to select the Mantis Doll from your list of available weapons.

     Hold "L1" to aim the Mantis Doll at an enemy.

   • 3

     Press "R1" while holding "L1" to take control of the enemy you are currently aiming at.

   • 4

     Shake the controller up and down to cause the enemy to drop any weapons or items he is carrying.

   • 5

     Continue shaking the controller to defeat the enemy.
