How to Refresh Your Netflix Streaming Movies on the PS3

The Sony PS3 allows you to stream Netflix movies without ordering an install disc. The service now works through the Sony Network as long as you have an active Netflix account and high-speed Internet access connected to your console. You can add and delete movies to your instant queue from within the PS3 interface and the software will refresh your queue automatically. No more logging into your computer and then hopping on Netflix for easier queue management.

Instructions

  Turn on your PS3 and sign into your online account.

  Navigate to the "Video" menu and select Netflix to launch the program.

  Select "Instant Queue" from the menu that appears on the left-hand side to view the movies currently saved for streaming.

  Select a movie by navigating to it and pressing the X button. Select "remove from queue" if you'd like to remove the movie from your instant queue. The queue will refresh automatically.

  Select the "search" or "browse" functions from the menu on the left of your screen. Type the name of a movie you want to add to your instant queue or browse categories. When you find a movie you want to add, navigate to it and select it by pressing the "X" button to bring up a new menu. Choose "Add to instant queue." Your queue will refresh automatically.
