How to Activate the Fly Trap on Nazi Zombies

Released in November 2008, "Call of Duty: World at War" not only included single player and cooperative campaign modes and online multiplayer, but it was also the first "Call of Duty" game to feature a "Zombie" mode. Unlocked after completing the single-player campaign, "Nazi Zombies" became popular enough with players that an extra downloadable level was released titled "Der Riese." In addition to fleshed-out story elements, this "Nazi Zombie" map also features many traps, power-ups and secrets. Successfully activating "The Fly Trap" on this level will reward players with the "Elevate Your Senses" achievement.

Instructions

  Enter the "Der Riese" map from the "Nazi Zombies" stage select screen.

  Accumulate at least 750 points by shooting the Nazi zombies approaching the windows. By the end of Round 2 you should have enough points to open the door to the immediate right of your initial spawn point.

  Open the door and continue shooting zombies, progressing through the rounds until you've garnered at least 1000 points.

  Run into the first room and activate the "Pack-a-Punch" machine. Your gun will go into the machine then come out onto the floor with increased firing power. Pick up the gun and return to the previous room.

  Look through the window on your immediate left and down the narrow alley. Aim at the pillar with the glowing control panel, using your powered-up weapon to fire. This will activate "The Fly Trap," causing flashes of light to explode into the air. This will activate the "Elevate Your Senses" achievement.
