How to Access Your PSN Account

You can create a PlayStation Network (PSN) account for use with your PlayStation 3 (PS3), PlayStation Portable (PSP) or PC. This account allows you to browse the PSN store, where you can purchase and download movies, music and games. If you need to change the information in your PSN account, you can access it from the main menu of your PS3 or PSP, or from a PC with an Internet connection.

Instructions

PlayStation 3 and PSP

  Turn on your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable and sign into your profile.

  Navigate to the "PlayStation Network" tab on the user interface.

  Select "Account Management."

  Select "Account Information." From here, you can edit your sign-in name, billing information, address and other PSN account features.
PC

  Download and install the Media Go program from Sony's website (see "Resources" below). Media Go allows you to connect to the PSN from your PC.

  Double-click the "Media Go" icon on your desktop to start the program after installation is complete.

  Click "Store" on the list on the left side of the screen.

  Click the "Account Management" icon. Select "Account Management" from the drop-down menu.

  Enter your user name and password in the fields provided. Click "Login." From here, you can edit your login name, billing information, address and other PSN account features.
