How do I View the Front Wing in Detail on a Formula Racing Car?

"Gran Turismo 5" was released for the PlayStation 3 in 2010. In the game, more than 400 cars are available for you to drive, ranging from a common everyday car such as the Ford Focus to Formula racing cars such as the Project X1 car. The cars are extremely detailed, but it is tough to view the tiny details, such as the front wing, while you are racing. However, you can view all of your car's details in the garage at any time.

     Select "Garage" on the left-hand side of the main menu.

     Select the Formula racing car you wish to view from the list of cars on-screen. The car will appear on the screen and will automatically rotate.

   • 3

     Press "X" on the pause button at the bottom of the screen to stop the rotation when the front wing is in view. This allows you to view the front wing in detail without fear of wrecking your vehicle or losing the race.
