How to Get Boys' Long Hair in Little Big Planet

One of the many distinctive elements of the hit PlayStation 3 game LittleBigPlanet, sometimes known as Little Big Planet or LBP, is the ability to customize your burlap sack-style Sackboy character with stickers, clothing and hair wigs. Gamers have created all sorts of costumes, from those mimicking other video game characters to self-portraits. Users of the PlayStation Network are even able to download specially designed costumes for Sackboy. The "long bunches" wig can give your Sackboy a distinctive long-haired look.

  Play through the first eight levels of the game using your PS3 controller to maneuver your Sackboy through a variety of puzzles by walking, running, jumping or even flying. The levels are First Steps, Get a Grip, Skate to Victory, Swinging Safari, Burning Forest, The Meerkat Kingdom, The Wedding Reception and The Darkness. Completing them will bring you to the SkullDozer level.

  Play the SkullDozer level. This particular level is akin to a race, with your Sackboy chased through the level. Use the left analog stick of your PS3 controller to run, and the "X" button to jump from platform to platform when necessary. Hold "X" for longer jumps. The GameFAQs strategy guide recommends staying on top of the level's platforms to pick up the most prize bubbles, which provide costume parts or other rewards.

  Complete the level, and you will receive the long bunches wig -- as well as The Wedding background -- as a special prize. You do not need to complete 100 percent of the level by grabbing all the pickups or ace it by not dying at all. Just reach the end and win the race once.
