How to Mod Fallout 3 for PS3

̶0;Fallout 3̶1; has numerous settings relating to game play, visuals and controls that you can modify. If you have been playing the PlayStation 3 version of ̶0;Fallout 3̶1; but don̵7;t like some of the settings, you can make several modifications through the Options menu.

Instructions

  Launch "Fallout 3" on your PS3 console. Select the ̶0;Settings̶1; option from the main menu.

  Click on the ̶0;Gameplay̶1; sub-menu to modify game play settings. Select ̶0;Difficulty̶1; to change the difficulty setting. Select ̶0;Save on Rest̶1; to change the setting for saving when your character sleeps in a bed. Choose ̶0;Save on Wait̶1; to change the setting for saving when your character sleeps outside of a bed. Select ̶0;Save on Travel̶1; to change the setting for saving when you use the in-game map for quick travel.

  Click on the ̶0;Display̶1; sub-menu to modify the game display settings. Select ̶0;Brightness̶1; to change the screen brightness. Choose ̶0;HUD Opacity̶1; to change the transparency of your Heads Up Display or ̶0;HUD Color̶1; to change the color of your HUD. Select ̶0;Pip-Boy Color̶1; to change the color of your Pip-Boy 3000 computer. Select ̶0;Crosshair̶1; to enable or disable the crosshair. Choose ̶0;Dialog Subtitles̶1; to enable or disable subtitles when characters talk to you. Select ̶0;General Subtitles̶1; to enable or disable subtitles when you overhear a conversation.

  Select the ̶0;Audio̶1; sub-menu and move the volume slider to the left or right to modify the master audio setting.

  Click the ̶0;Controls̶1; sub-menu to modify the game control settings. Select ̶0;Sensitivity̶1; to change the sensitivity for your PS3 thumbsticks. Choose ̶0;Invert Y̶1; to reverse your controls for looking up and down.

  Save your settings and press ̶0;Back̶1; to return to the main menu.
