Newgrounds LittleBigPlanet Levels

Every level on LittleBigPlanet comes with challenging courses to run through, enemies to beat and bubbles to collect. As the game progresses, the levels become more challenging. But if they aren't challenging enough for you - you can also create your own levels through the Level Creation feature.
  1. Basic Levels

    • LittleBigPlanet has eight sets of levels. Each set has three main levels and a group of mini-levels. The first level set, The Gardens, teaches you the basics of gameplay. The second level set, The Savannah, introduces multi-player spots. The game becomes increasingly harder as you progress through the other level sets, such as The Wedding, The Canyon and The Metropolis. The game ends at The Wilderness, the most challenging set of levels in the game.

    Playing Levels

    • You must play and beat each level within the level sets. Most parts of each level are single-player, but you there are one or two multi-player spots in each level. To pass a level, you must make it through the obstacle course and defeat every enemy without loosing your lives. Along the way, you can collect stickers and bubbles which give you items and more game points. To ace a level, you must complete the entire level without dying. Acing a level gives you the highest points.

    Expansion Levels

    • For a fee, you can download the Metal Gear Solid level pack for LittleBigPlanet. This level pack gives you five additional levels and a mini level. The level pack features new items to collect and new dangers, as well as a different soundtrack and a different theme style the one used on LittleBigPlanet. Successfully completing the Metal Gear Solid pack earns the Gurlokovich Soldier costume.

    Creating Levels

    • You can create your own levels for LittleBigPlanet through the Level Creation feature. The feature lets you create a basic vehicle, a playing field and enemies. The playing field can include canyons and elevators. LittleBigPlanet has an in-game tutorial on creating levels. While not required, it does make creating your own levels easier.
