Check Connections
Ensure the microphone is plugged properly into the USB hub if it is not working while playing ̶0;Rock Band 2̶1; on your PS3. When plugged in, the light above the port should turn green. If it is securely plugged in and the light is not green, plug it into a different port. Unplug your PS3 Eye if yours is connected while attempting to play the game. The Eye has a built-in microphone that can affect the sound performance of the USB microphone.

Settings
Adjust your television or audio receiver's settings if you hear an echo or delay when using the microphone on ̶0;Rock Band 2.̶1; Turn off your audio receiver's latency off if possible. Enabling game mode or low latency mode on your television can also reduce an echo or delay. Access the game's settings from the ̶0;Start̶1; menu and turn off Dolby Digital 5.1. As a last resort, you can opt to use analog cables plugged into an external speaker to stop the echo.
Compatibility
Ensure you are using a compatible microphone if you continue to experience problems.
