Teleporting in LittleBigPlanet

  Enter Create mode, which allows you to explore and invent your world. Access Create mode by selecting "My Moon" from the main menu.

  Click the "Square" button to access your Popit, or tools, menu. Select the Popit cursor, which is the lasso-shaped icon on the top left of the menu, by pressing the "X" button. This tool allows you to create and move objects in your world.

  Draw a rectangle large enough for your character to pass through. You can enlarge the rectangle by using the left analog stick on your controller. Once you are satisfied with the size and shape of your rectangle, press "X."

  Select craft materials from your Popit menu and draw in a floor on the bottom of your rectangle. Fill the remaining space with cardboard, then use your cutting tool to delete the inside of the rectangle so you have what looks like a cardboard picture frame.

  Open your Popit menu and add a gas emitter on top of your frame, then place a checkpoint in the middle of your frame. Open your Popit menu again and select a grab switch and place it on the floor, attaching the other end to the emitter you just created. Set the switch to On/Off mode.

  Open your Popit menu again and select the cursor. Copy the teleporter you've created and paste a second one next to it. Attach the grab switch from the new teleporter to the old one and the grab switch from the old teleporter to the new one.

  Move the teleporters to your desired locations on the planet. You can teleport by walking up to either one and grabbing the switch.
