How to Get the Ascension Zombies Map for PS3

The ̶0;Call of Duty: Black Ops̶1; zombies map, Ascension, was included in the First Strike map pack that was released by Treyarch in early 2011. It is available on all the major consoles that the original game was released on, including the PlayStation 3 (PS3). To get the Ascension map for your PS3, you need the First Strike map pack. The First Strike map pack can be downloaded from the PlayStation Network store.

Instructions

  Turn on your PS3 and log in to your profile. Select the ̶0;PlayStation Network̶1; menu and then click on ̶0;PlayStation Store.̶1;

  Select ̶0;Call of Duty: Black Ops̶1; as the game for which you want to download content and then select the ̶0;First Strike map pack̶1; from the list of downloadable content. Choose the ̶0;Add to Cart̶1; option.

  Click on the ̶0;View Cart̶1; button and, if necessary, click ̶0;Add Funds̶1; to add enough money to your account to cover the purchase. When ready, click ̶0;Proceed to Checkout.̶1;

  Review your purchase details and click on the ̶0;Confirm Purchase̶1; button. The ̶0;Call of Duty: Black Ops̶1; First Strike map pack, which includes the Ascension zombies map, will now download to your PS3.
