How to Launch a CL in 'Modern Warfare 2' for PS3

̶0;Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2̶1; is a first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision Publishing. One of the weapons available in the multiplayer portion of the game, the claymore, or CL as players often call it, is usually used as protection against flanking. Once it has been placed, the CL will explode and launch projectiles at any enemy player who ventures too close.

Instructions

  Load the ̶0;Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2̶1; disc in your PS3 console and select ̶0;Multiplayer̶1; from the main menu.

  Select the ̶0;Create a class̶1; option and then choose the weapon loadout you normally use. Under ̶0;Equipment̶1; select ̶0;Claymore,̶1; and then press the ̶0;Back̶1; button to save your changes.

  Join the desired multiplayer match and walk through the map to the desired location -- preferably a room or secluded area with only one entrance/exit.

  Press right on the d-pad to select the CL as your weapon and then pull the right trigger to place it in the doorway or opening to the area. As soon as an enemy player gets close, it will launch projectiles into him.
