How to Get the Ultimate Suit in Ironman 2 for PS3

Iron Man and his allies must protect the world from a new threat in the "Iron Man 2" game for the PlayStation 3. The Ultimate Iron Man armor unlocks if you beat the high score on the last mission, the final fight against Iron Man's nemesis, ULTIMO. The high score, also called Field Data, combines all the points you score on each level. When you defeat the last boss and reach the required score, you earn the armor and the bronze Ultimate Iron Man trophy.

Instructions

- 1
  Start Mission 8, ULTIMO. When the battle begins, you control Iron Man's ally, War Machine. Fly away when ULTIMO swings his massive fist. If ULTIMO fires lasers, dodge them by flying up and down. Fly to the side of the screen if ULTIMO fires a wide, orange energy blast.

  Fly around until ULTIMO raises his hand and shoots missiles at you. Tap "Square" to deflect the missiles back at ULTIMO, damaging him. Fly above ULTIMO and look for marked areas on his armor.

  Tap "Triangle" to lock on to a weak armor piece and press "R2" to shoot the armor. When a circle icon appears over the armor, approach ULTIMO. Press "Circle" to pull off the armor piece.

  Repeat this process to remove two more armor pieces from ULTIMO. When you do this, you take control of Iron Man, who battles the robot's rider, DeWitt, inside of ULTIMO's body.

  Fly around DeWitt while pressing "R2" to shoot missiles at him. If he tries charging you, tap "Left" or "Right" quickly to dodge. After doing enough damage, DeWitt sends turrets after you.

  Go down to the bottom floor. When the turrets follow you, fly in a circle as you shoot them with missiles. Destroy all three turrets to regain control of War Machine.

  Dodge ULTIMO's attacks as before. Fly high above him and use missiles to damage his chest armor. When you damage a piece of armor, fly in close and tap "Circle" to take off the armor. Remove five armor pieces to control Iron Man again.

  Use your missiles and guns to damage DeWitt, and take out the turrets he throws at you by flying in a circle and shooting the turrets with missiles. Keep shooting and don't stop moving or you give DeWitt a chance to strike you. When you deplete DeWitt's health bar, take control of War Machine.

  Fly above ULTIMO's head and blast it with missiles as quickly as possible. If you drain his health quickly enough, you destroy the robot and win the game. If you earned a total of 29,449,200 points across every mission in the game, you unlock the Ultimate Iron Man armor.
