How to Get Karma Powers in Sims 3 for the PS3

With ̶0;The Sims 3̶1; release for the PlayStation 3, developer EA introduced the concept of karma powers. In the game, you earn karma points at midnight daily based on the actions you performed that day. You can then spend these points on different karma powers that either positively or negatively affect a sim or the world around him. Certain karma powers are available immediately, while others must be purchased or unlocked after a specific task is completed.

Instructions

  Unlock the ability to purchase the Divine Intervention karma power by visiting the catacombs after midnight. Use Divine Intervention on a sim̵7;s ghost to bring that sim back to life.

  Experience your first kiss to unlock the ability to purchase the Get Lucky karma power. Use Get Lucky on a sim to give better results with socializing, fishing, cooking and other actions for 24 hours.

  Raise the value of your home to over $35,000 with items and decorations to unlock the ability to purchase the Giant Jackpot karma power. Use Giant Jackpot to increase your sim̵7;s bank account by a random amount.

  Press ̶0;Select,̶1; use the right analog stick to select ̶0;Challenges and Rewards,̶1; and then press ̶0;Square̶1; to enter the challenge shop. Select the karma power you wish to unlock and press ̶0;X̶1; to complete your purchase.
