Designed for fans of classic console games, "Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection" for the PlayStation 3 offers over 40 of the most well-known Sega Genesis and arcade games. As you play, you earn trophies rewarding your achievements. Trophies, such as the Blast Processing Trophy, show other PlayStation Network players your skill and accomplishments with regard to a specific game. The silver Blast Processing Trophy requires you play each of the 40 Sega Genesis games at least once. You do not need to beat the games to earn the Blast Processing Trophy; you only need to load each game once.

Load the "Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection" game. Wait for the game selection screen to appear.

Highlight the first Sega Genesis game in the list, then press "X." A screen appears telling you how to play the game. Press "Start."

Wait for the "Sega" logo to appear on the screen, then press "Start" and select "Quit."

Scroll to the next game in the list and select it. Quit the game after the Sega logo appears. Repeat this process for each game in the list to unlock the Blast Processing Trophy.
