How to Get All Star Players on a Team in Pro Football 2k8

The next-generation football game by 2K Sports, All Pro Football 2K8, does not feature current NFL players or teams. The game instead uses a handful of retired NFL players who are categorized into three levels of star ratings: bronze, silver and gold. The rest of your roster is filled by computer-generated fake players who are not nearly as talented as your stars. On both PS3 and Xbox versions, pick your own star roster by creating a custom team.

Instructions

  Press "Start" at the main menu to advance to the Team Select menu screen.

  Press either the "X" (PS3) or "B" (Xbox 360) to open the Main Menu screen. Select "Teams" from the menu list.

  Select "Create New Team" if you have not already created a custom team. Select "Manage Team" to edit the roster on an existing custom team that you created earlier. Select the existing custom team from the list and click "Edit Team."

  Click either the "X" (PS3) or "A" (Xbox 360) button to select a player from the gold, silver or bronze list. Choose a total of two players from the gold level, three from the silver level and six from the bronze list.

  Click the "L2" and "R2" buttons to scroll through the positions, then select any player by pressing "X." Xbox 360 users will use the "Left Trigger" and "Right Trigger" buttons to scroll positions, then press the "A" button to select a player. Once you have filled your roster, save your team and use it against a computer team.
