How to Get Characters for Castle Crushers on the PlayStation 3

Some players have so much fun hacking and slashing their way through "Castle Crashers" that they can't wait to do it again. The game begin with four knights to choose from as your playable character. Performing certain tasks in-game unlocks even more characters to play. New characters often come with new weapons as well that any character can claim from the Blacksmith. If you have a particular character that you want to unlock, it's good to know beforehand how to work towards it.

Instructions

- 1
  Complete specific levels to unlock characters. Levels that unlock playable characters are listed below. Some levels can only be unlocked if you are playing on Insane Mode, such as:
  
  Alien Ship - Alien
  
  King's Arena - Barbarian
  
  Volcano Arena - Conehead
  
  Ice Castle (Insane Mode only) - Cult Minion
  
  Icy Arena - Iceskimo
  
  Pipistrello's Cave (Insane Mode only) - King
  
  Industrial Castle (Insane Mode only) - Necromancer
  
  Peasant Arena - Peasant
  
  Thieves' Arena - Thief

  Beat the game with the four starter characters to unlock the following characters:
  
  Orange Knight - Fire Demon
  
  Blue Knight - Industrialist
  
  Green Knight - Royal Guard
  
  Red Knight - Skeleton
- 3
  Defeat the Barbarian Boss to unlock the Grey Knight. Defeat Catfish on Insane Mode to unlock the Unmasked Grey Knight.

  Beat the game with specific unlocked characters to unlock even more characters, such as:
  
  Skeleton - Bear
  
  Iceskimo - Brute
  
  Peasant - Civilian
  
  Industrialist - Fencer
  
  Thief - Forest Knight
  
  Barbarian - Killer Beekeeper
  
  Fire Demon - Ninja
  
  Royal Guard - Saracen
  
  Gray Knight - Stove Face
