How Can I Reuse My NCAA TeamBuilder Code on PS3?

TeamBuilder is an option that the video game producer EA Sports included in the 2010, 2011 and 2012 versions of its "NCAA Football" games for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The mode allows you to create new colleges and teams online and save them to your system. EA provides a single-use code that the consoles need to save the TeamBuilder files, and it won't work without that code. Instructions

  Call Electronic Arts at 866-543-5435 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Pacific time. The company operates seven days a week. You need a live adviser to reset your old code.

  Listen to the automated menu and follow the instructions to get to a live adviser. The menu changes periodically, so listen to the options even if you've called in the past.

  Explain your problem to the EA representative and tell him why you need the code reactivated. Specify that it is a PS3 code as well. EA designed the game to accept each code only once, so the representative may be reluctant to reactivate a code unless you have a good reason for why the code no longer works. The representative can then activate the code remotely, and it will work the next time you enter it into the PS3.
