How to Turn Off Base Running in MLB 2010

"MLB 10: The Show" is the fifth annual release in the "MLB: The Show" series of baseball video games. One of the game's more popular modes is "Road to the Show" or "RttS." This allows users to create a baseball player and play through his entire career, from original draft to retirement. The method for turning off base running for players in "MLB 10: The Show" is the same as it has been throughout the series.

     Select the "Options" menu in the RttS game mode, by either choosing it before a game starts or pausing the game during a match.

     Scroll down to "Baserunning." By default it is set to "All."

   • 3

     Change "Baserunning" to "None." You will no longer need to run bases for your players.
