How to Connect a PS3 Sixaxis to HTC HD2

If you have an HTC HD2 mobile phone and a PlayStation 3 (PS3) Sixaxis controller, you can make use of both device's Bluetooth capabilities and use the controller with your phone. The CobaltController application, developed for Windows Mobile phones, makes this happen. Once installed, you simply need to pair your devices to make it work.

  Download the latest version of CobaltController to your computer. This downloads a .cab file. Highlight it and press "Ctrl"+"C."

  Connect your HTC HD2 to your computer. Click "Open and view files in Windows Explorer."

  Press "Ctrl"+"V" to paste the installer file for CobaltController. Because you are using a Sixaxis, you do not need any additional applications. Disconnect your phone.

  Open the phone's file explorer and double-click the CobaltController file. Open CobaltController on your phone once installation is complete. Tap "OK."

  Turn on the Sixaxis controller. The devices will now be paired. When you open an application that allows you to map control buttons, you can map the PS3 controller buttons.
