"Hexopolis" offers players several opportunities to gain extra items and experiences. Players navigate through a virtual reality world full of mini games and avatars to achieve goals. Knowing the right techniques will help the player get through the entire game quicker and with more added rewards as well as bonuses. Fragments
- Fragment pieces help in solving puzzles with codes that the player enters into the HoloPAD. Over 20 fragments are available in the game. For example, use the portal in the Hub that is marked with a large red number one to go in Alpha Zone 1. The player will access the game test area at this point. In the Hexopolis, complete the six mini games in six minutes or less to gain the fragment in the game data screen. Another fragment is in the Maximum-Tilt Room, where the player must ride a hover bike to the score of 25,000 points without crashing.
Butterflies
- Players can obtain butterflies in several ways. Specific codes release some butterflies separately. The player must encounter Stapler the robot to obtain the first two butterflies. Get a mission from the robot to obtain the first butterfly the go to the What's New screen. Answer the question about Jess's favorite band by saying "Automatic." Other ways to achieve butterflies include solving puzzles such unscrambling letters.
Completing Hexopolis
- To complete this game after all fragments are together requires the player to go through the monolith. If butterfly missions are not completed before this step, they cannot be finished later. The player can save Alpha Zones after going through the monolith. Jessica will meet the player and there is a choice to complete the game or explore the white hall. Xi symbols can gain entrance into the Alumni Hub where a butterfly is available. Go behind the teleport pods to find Stapler. Press R1 and select salute, bow or curtsy to show the robot respect.
Rewards
- The player must collect all fragments and butterflies to obtain a perfectionist title and unlock Home Ornament rewards. This will allow the use of the Xi symbol to gain access to the Alumni Hub. A reward of Xi male and female shirts can be had by completing Xi and entering the HoloPad found in the Alumni Hub number 688824. This number is obtained by answering questions in the mini game "Something new has appeared upstairs, do you have all the answers?" The mini game is found in the location that was the Online Gateways. After arriving there the player can start the Alumni Puzzle.
