How to Leave the Lair of Romulus

"Assassins Creed: Brotherhood" is an action game that puts players in control of a renaissance-era assassin, who must perform tasks for others. One of these tasks involves entering the Lair of Romulus to retrieve a specific treasure. You cannot leave this place the way you came in. Instead, you must find an exit located in the lair's treasure room.

Instructions

- 1
  Enter the Lair of Romulus, marked by a "black wolf" symbol on your world map, and make your way to the treasure room.
- 2
  Collect all the treasures once inside the room. Your primary targets when looking for treasure are a key -- used later in the game -- and a scroll written by Marcus Junius Brutus. You can also find three Borgia flags in the treasure room.

  Walk to the ladder, located in the treasure room, and climb it until you reach the hatch door. Open this door to enter the next area, where you will find Machiavelli.
- 4
  Follow Machiavelli when instructed, and watch the cut scenes that occur. After this sequence, you are free of the lair.
