How to Delete Extra Languages on PS3 Games

Some PS3 games come bundled with various languages. For example, a game can come with English, French, Russian, Spanish and Italian languages packaged directly into the game. These languages take up disk space when you install the game on your hard drive. A few games recognize that fact and enable you to delete unnecessary languages from the game. If the game does not contain such an option, you will not be able to delete the extra languages.

     Turn on the game of your choosing.

     Go to "Options." Go to "Language Options."

     Select the languages you wish to delete. Click "Delete." Confirm that you wish to perform this operation. You will delete those languages after you confirm this action.
