How to Create a Clan in SOCOM: Confrontation

In the game "S.O.C.O.M.: Confrontation" for the PlayStation 3, or PS3, system, players act as members of tactical military assault teams, with the objective of eliminating the enemy team. In many cases, skilled players will band together with other players of equal skill to form "clans," which are groups of gamers that are able to meet, chat and battle as a team online. However, when players are trying to form clans of their own, it can sometimes be difficult to figure out due to the game's rich menu system.

Instructions

  Turn on your PS3, and go to the S.O.C.O.M.: Confrontation Main Menu.

  Scroll down to the "Community" option, and select it. One of the options on the Community menu should be labeled "Clan."

  Select the "Clan" option. If you are not currently a member of a clan, you will see a "Create Clan" option listed under the "Clan" menu. If you do not see this option, you are probably already a member of another clan. You should make sure that you have resigned from your current clan before forming a new one.

  Select the "Create Clan" option. The game will then walk you through the process of creating a clan, step by step. You will be asked to create a clan name, clan banner and clan uniform, among other things.
