How to Install Dynamic Themes to a PS3

Obtaining the Theme

  Turn on your PS3 and wait for the main screen to load.

  Scroll to the icon labeled "PlayStation Network," on the top menu. A drop-down menu appears.

  Select the "PlayStation Store" icon at the bottom of the menu. A screen will load showing a list of products to download.

  Choose "Themes &Avatars" at the bottom of the list on the left. Another list will appear showing different theme categories.

  Select "Dynamic Themes" from the list on the right. Another list will appear on the right side of the screen, showing all the dynamic theme categories.

  Choose the theme type that interests you. Alternatively, scroll to the very bottom for an alphabetical list of all the themes available. Another list will appear, showing each theme in the category, along with the price, if any.

  Select the theme you wish to download, then select "Download" from the menu on the left.

  Download the theme. The download will complete within 20 seconds.

Installing the Theme

  Press the circle button on your controller several times until you return to the main screen.

  Scroll to the icon marked "Settings." A drop-down menu will display.

  Scroll down and select the "Theme Settings" icon.

  Choose the option labeled "Theme." A list will appear on the right.

  Select the dynamic theme. It will be labeled "[theme name] Dynamic Theme."

  Press the "X" button. A list will appear on the right.

  Choose the "Apply" option. The theme will install after two or three seconds.
