How Do You Get Under Gaps on Sonic for PS3

In "Sonic the Hedgehog" for the PlayStation 3, Dr. Eggman steals the powerful and revered Chaos Emerald from the kingdom of Soleanna. On your mission to take it back, you encounter a gap in the wall that you cannot get under at first. A little girl is trapped behind the wall, and you must slide under the gap to rescue her. To do so, you need to buy the Antigravity power-up from the store in Castle Town.

Instructions

- 1
  Gather at least 500 rings. Find rings nearly anywhere in Castle Town or within stages.

  Progress through the game and beat the Wave Ocean level. When you exit the level, you are in Castle Town.

  Head across the bridge on the right side of town to go to the Dusty Desert entrance area. Talk to the mother by the entrance and she asks you to rescue her daughter.

  Go back across the bridge and run past the water fountain. Cross the next bridge on the right to enter the shopping district.

  Go to the shop and exchange 500 rings for the Antigravity upgrade. The upgrade automatically equips.
- 6
  Return to the gap under the wall. Press and hold the "Square" button while standing in front of the gap. Release the button to slide under the wall and rescue the girl.
