How to Get Hermes Sandals in Final Fantasy

In "Final Fantasy XIII," Hermes Sandals, a form of Sprint Shoes, are a special item that can be worn by your characters, and provides a speed boost or the ability to use Dash. This can come in handy during battles when you want one of your characters to have extra speed. There is one Hermes Sandals that is given to you once you beat Mission 34. However, if you want to get additional ones, you must go through a few steps.

     Fight the monster in Mission 7 until it drops a Tetradic Crown. Another way to get the Tetradic Crown is to play the Chocobo digging mini-game and get five successful digs.

     Upgrade the Tetradic Crown to the highest level until it has a star.

   • 3

     Dismantle the Tetradic Crown to receive Hermes Sandals.
