Take fights that offer you the most CRED points. CRED will give your fighter better opportunities for bigger fights, and those fights will lead to sponsorships and better equipment. With high end equipment, your training will be far more effective.
Interact with the fans when an event comes up on your calendar. Autograph signings, fight appearances and interviews all raise your CRED points, so always take those opportunities even they interfere with training.
Train your speed, cardio and power on a regular basis in the weeks leading up to a fight. As the equipment you are using gets better with your reputation, you will be able to decrease the intensity level of your training sessions and still get the results you want without jeopardizing your stamina.
Spar with your training partner to increase your skills in the weeks leading up to a fight. Focus only on skills you use in the octagon. If your fighter is mainly a striker, then putting your sparring points toward submission offense is a waste. It is impossible to get all of your stats up to 100, so focus on the stats you'll need to be successful at a high level in the UFC.
Rest your fighter the last two weeks before a fight. Your stamina can have a major impact on your fight if it's depleted. Resting your fighter the last two weeks before a fight ensures that his stamina will be at 100 percent when he steps into the octagon.
