How to Defeat Goblin in Spiderman Shattered Dimensions PS3

At the end of Noir Level Three in "Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions," you'll face off against Goblin. This boss enemy possesses some powerful attacks that can deplete your health quickly if you're not careful. To further complicate matters, Goblin's henchmen will join the battle near the end, giving you a platoon of enemies to monitor.

To defeat Goblin and his minions, you'll have to utilize Spider-Man's agility as well as his stealth capability. Negotiating the different battle conditions will allow you to exploit Goblin's weak point and bring him down.

Instructions

- 1
  Jump back to avoid the shock wave after waiting for Goblin to perform his ground-smashing attack. Press the "Circle" button to hit Goblin with a Web Strike, then press "X" to evade. You will end up behind Goblin. Hit the red spot on his back to damage him.

  Deplete Goblin's health and he will turn out the lights. Press "R2" to Web Zip around the wires and beams above. Stay in the shadows as you work your way around to Goblin's back. Utilize takedowns or melee combos to damage Goblin. When you've hurt him enough, the lights will come back on.

  Press "L2" then "X" and the analog stick to roll away to dodge Goblin's pillar attacks. Get behind Goblin after he swings the pillar from overhead. Focus on his back once again, and he will turn the lights out for another stealth scenario.

  Repeat the stealth process of navigating the wires and beams as before. Perform a takedown on Goblin when you get in close, and the lights will come on again. Goblin's henchmen will enter the battle.

  Lure Goblin's henchmen close to you. When Goblin approaches with the pillar, dodge his attack and he will hit his henchmen. Repeat this process to eliminate most of the henchmen, then defeat any that remain. Turn your focus on Goblin again, dodging his attacks and damaging the weak spot on his back. Continue the onslaught until Goblin is defeated.
