How to Change the Difficulty in Saints Row 2 Achievements

"Saints Row 2" is a third-person shooter video game that was released in 2009 for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 video game consoles. What separates this game from its predecessor is that there are various achievements you can earn between regular missions in order to gain more points. You can also change the difficulty level in "Saints Row 2" in order to make the gameplay more challenging. The good news is that changing the difficulty doesn't affect the achievements, so you can feel free to change the difficulty level at any point in the game.

     Insert the "Saints Row 2" game disc into your video game console and wait for the flash (logo) screen to give way to the game's Main menu.

     Press the "Start" button on your game controller to begin a new game and a screen will appear prompting you to choose the difficulty level. There are three options: "Casual," "Normal" and "Hardcore."

     Select the difficulty level that appeals to you and the game will begin. If you would like to change the difficulty level mid-game, simply press the "Pause" button on your game controller to bring up the Difficulty menu.
