How to Play NCAA Football 2009 for PS3 Online

NCAA Football 09" is the 12th game in Electronic Arts' college football series. The game allows players to use realistically recreated rosters of 2009's college football teams. The PlayStation 3 version, just like its Xbox 360 counterpart, allows a variety of online game-play modes, all accessible from the main menu of the game. Once you have your PlayStation 3 online, playing NCAA Football 09 over the Internet is easy.

Instructions

  Connect your PlayStation 3 to your Internet router using the Ethernet cable.

  Turn on your PlayStation 3 and navigate to the "Settings" tab of the menu. Choose the "Network Settings" option.

  Select "Internet Connection Settings," then choose "Easy." Click the option marked "Wired" and wait for your PlayStation 3 to register the connection to your router.

  Navigate to the "Friends" tab of the menu and choose "Connect to PlayStation Network." Enter your user details and wait for the system to register your account with the PlayStation network server.

  Reset your PlayStation 3 and insert the NCAA Football 09 game disc. Select NCAA Football 09 from the system's "Game" menu.
