Figure out the controls. Your gas is the "X" button and you steer with the left analog stick. If you ever want to brake or need to pull a mean 180, the circle button is your e-brake and the square button is your brake and reverse. The "R1" button is your action button, which you will have to use to pull of some of the more specific stunts.
Steer with the SIXAXIS controller's motion-sensing capabilities. One of the most fun parts about playing Stuntman is the ability to steer by tilting your controller. You can activate the SIXAXIS control in the settings. You will tilt the controller left and right to steer, and you can pop a wheelie while riding a motorcycle by tilting the controller back.
Learn the stunts. There are several different stunts to master, such as passing through gaps, pulling 180s, driving close to explosions, jumping off ramps and drifting around turns. Learn the symbols and what stunts they correlate with so you can be ready when the director calls them out.
Start your stuntman career. In the career mode on Stuntman: Ignition, you get to be a Hollywood stunt driver for some high-budget films. You will earn a rating in stars for each scene that you complete, and you can unlock new movies by increasing your star rating.
Construct your own stunt courses. Stuntman has a constructor mode that you can use to create your own stunt courses. Create your own stunt courses with cars and props you unlock through the career mode and then see how high a score you can rack up.
