How to Plant Flowers in Winter in Innocent Life

"Innocent Life" is a video game for the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2 gaming systems. In the game you explore Heartflame island as a robot named "Life." Much of the game revolves around planting crops and farming. One of the tasks Life must complete is appeasing the Nature Spirits. The only flowers that can be grown in the winter are poinsettias. You must grow and ship at least 20 poinsettias to appease the Nature Spirit of Memory.

Instructions

  Save gold during the year so that you can purchase enough seeds to grow the poinsettias. Poinsettia seeds cost 15 gold each, but they ship for 100 gold.

  Purchase a large number of poinsettia seeds from the vending machine. As these are your only flower crop in the winter, you will need a lot of them.

  Plant your poinsettias during the first week of winter. The poinsettias take 14 days to mature in most fields, and only 13 days in a red or yellow field. In order to have enough to complete the Nature Spirit of Memory quest, you will need to harvest and ship them before the twenty-fourth day of winter.

  Replant poinsettias as they are killed off in storms. The poinsettias are very resistant to snow storms but they are not invincible.

  Water your poinsettias after cutting them to get them to bloom faster.
