Instructions
Download the CheatDevice from Cheatdevice.com. Save to your desktop and double-click to unzip.
Enter the unzipped folder and navigate to the directory "PSP/SAVEDATA." Open the enclosed folder and highlight all files. Right-click and select "Copy."
Connect your PSP to your computer using the system's USB cable. Turn on the console, open the "System" tab of the main menu and choose "USB Connect."
Open your PSP's internal storage in "My Computer" or "Finder." The storage will show up as "PSP" or "MemoryStick."
Navigate to the "PSP/SAVEDATA" directory of your PSP's internal storage. Open the folder "ULUS10041S0" if you are playing on a North American PSP, or the "ULES00151S0" folder if your PSP was purchased in the UK or another PAL territory.
Right-click and select "Paste." If you're asked whether you want to overwrite existing files, choose "Yes." Wait for the progress bar to indicate the files have been copied to your PSP, then eject and remove the console.
Insert the "Liberty City Stories" game disc into your PSP and start the game from your system's "Game" menu. Select "Load Game" and choose the first game file to bring up the CheatDevice menu, allowing you to play "Liberty City Stories" with your choice of cheat codes and game-changing modifications installed.
