There are many cheat codes for GTA: Vice City Stories for the PSP. One of the most sought after cheat codes is the flying car cheat. It is difficult for people to find because the cheat code that will actually allow you to fly is the "perfect traction" cheat code. This cheat code allows you to lift your car off the ground and fly around the city.      Go outside into Vice City. You can not enter cheat codes while inside any buildings or while the game is paused.

     Enter the perfect traction cheat code. Press the following buttons in this sequence: "Down, Left, Up, L1, R1, Triangle, Circle, and X." If you make a mistake walk back into a building and repeat the process. There will be no indicator that you have put in the code correctly.

     Get into a car. Press the "L3" button. Your car will begin to fly.
