God of War Cheats for the PSP

God of War: Chains of Olympus is the portable follow up to the PS2 classic. A prequel to the original, Chains of Olympus follows Kratos while he's still a general for the gods of Olympus and delves more into why he goes against the will of the gods. Reviews say this is a great addition to the God of War franchise and one of the most well polished, fun games on the Playstation Portable.
  1. Beating the Game on Any Difficulty

    • Unlocking this first batch of things is as simple as playing through and beating the story mode of the game one time on any difficulty setting. Doing so will unlock special game modes such as god mode, the Challenge of Hades, as well as all of the in-game cinematics featured throughout the story mode. Beating the game on any difficulty setting will also unlock two behind-the-scenes features, character concept art and a short documentary, "Inside Ready at Dawn Studios". Apart from these new features and modes, you will also unlock an alternate costume for Kratos to wear called Spuds of War. While wearing this costume, Kratos is better suited to use magic than he normally is.

    Beating Challenge of Hades Mode

    • After you have successfully beat the main story mode and unlocked the Challenge of Hades mode, playing through this game mode completely will also unlock a few extras. First, you will unlock another behind-the-scenes video, this one titled "The Lost Levels." Beating the Challenge of Hades mode will also unlock the Environments Concept Art for your viewing pleasure. Completing all five levels of the Challenge of Hades mode will release yet another special costume for Kratos. This one, called McKratos, is more suitable for attacks than any other attribute.

    Beating God Mode

    • When you successfully complete a play-through on the god mode setting, you will unlock a few extra behind-the-scenes features as well as another alternate costume. The first is a "making of" video titled "Making of Attica." Apart from unlocking the "Making of Attica" video, you will also unlock the outtakes concept art, which may provide a few laughs. Aside from these behind-the-scenes features, beating the game on god mode will also unlock the final alternate costume for Kratos. This one is called Mime of War and, while wearing it, Kratos collects more red orbs than he normally would in another costume.
