All Weapons
A staple cheat in all of the GTA games, the "All Weapons" cheat will grant players immediate access to the games weaponry. Vice City Stories has three different weapon cheats, all of which unlock various sets of weapons. Enter them all to get all of the weapons in the game.
Enter the following sequence of button commands to access weapon set #1: "left," "right," "X," "up," "down," "square," "left" and "right."
Enter the following sequence of button commands to access weapon set #2: "left," "right," "square," "up," "down," "triangle," "left" and "right."
Enter the following sequence of button commands to access weapon set #3: "left," "right," "triangle," "up," "down," "circle," "left" and "right."
Pedestrians Attack You
If you're in the mood to annoy everyone around you to the point where they want to kill you, the "Pedestrians Attack You" code will do just that. Everyone from old ladies, gang members and hot dog vendors will drop what they're doing just to come after you. Enter the following sequence of button commands: "down," "triangle," "up," "X," "L1," "R1," "L1" and "R1."
Lower Wanted Level
Throughout Vice City Stories, certain situations will inevitably result in unwanted company from the law enforcement of Vice City. The "Lower Wanted Level" cheat will reduce the amounts of cops pursuing you. Continuing to enter the code will remove your wanted level entirely. Enter the following sequence of button commands: "up," "right," "triangle," "triangle," "down," "left," "X" and "X."
