PSP Cheats for Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories

The Grand Theft Auto games are visceral third-person action titles that put you in control of a criminal working his way into the underworld of a city. In the Vice City games, it's a city loosely based on Miami, which is full of pedestrians, police and cars. Each of those elements provides its own unique challenges, but there are ways around those challenges to simplify the game just a little. Mostly, in the form of cheat codes which you can enter at any time for a desired effect.

Weapon Cheats
- The cheats for weapons each hand you a set of weapons. For example, in weapon set number one, you get the brass knuckles, a knife, Molotov cocktails, the 9mm, a rifle, an SMG and the AK-47. For these weapons, press the following buttons in rapid succession: "Left," "Right," "X," "Up," "Down," "Square," "Left,", "Right." Input "Left," "Right," "Square," "Up," "Down," "Triangle," "Left," "Right," and you're given the second weapon set, containing a katana, some remote grenades, a python, a shotgun, a silenced uzi, an M4, the rocket launcher, and a sniper rifle. The final weapon set contains: chainsaw, grenades, laser scope python, shotgun, mp5, m4, minigun, sniper rifle. To unlock Weapon set 3, type in the code "Left," "Right," "Triangle," "Up," "Down," "Circle," "Left," "Right."
Health and Armor
- When health or armor are running low, the following codes may prove useful: "Up," "Down," "Left," "Right," "Square," "Square," "L" button, "R" button increases your armor; and for health, "Up," "Down," "Left," "Right," "Circle," "Circle," "L" button, "R" button.
Vehicles
- Sometimes you just need to slip into something extremely slow and armored. For those times, you can instantly spawn an empty Rhino tank with "Up," "L" trigger, "Down," R trigger, "Left," L trigger, "Right," R trigger. If you're looking for something in a garbage truck, the Trashmaster is just a button combo away. "Down," "Up," "Right," "Triangle," "L" trigger, "Triangle," "L" trigger, "Triangle" is the code for Trashmasters. The vehicles will appear on the nearest road, and you may have to look around to find them.
Instant Cash
- Because it's a lot easier in games than in real life, you can instantly give yourself a $250,000 raise by typing in "Up," "Down," "Left," "Right," "X," "X," "L" button, "R" button.
Wanted Level
- To give yourself a little extra excitement, try raising the wanted level on yourself. For each time you type in "Up," "Right," "Square," "Square," "Down," "Left," "Circle," "Circle," the wanted level increases by one star. However, if you want to always get away scot free, "Up," "Right," "Triangle," "Triangle," "Down," "Left," "X," "X" is the code for you: never increase your wanted level.
Traffic Avoidance
- If all the other cars avoided you, traffic would be a breeze. Fortunately, pressing "Up," "Up," "Right," "Left," "Triangle," "Circle," "Circle," "Square" makes that happen for you.
Chrome Cars
- Fans of the gleam of chrome may be intrigued by the following code: "Right," "Up," "Left," "Down," "Triangle," "Triangle," "L" trigger, "R" trigger. Now all the cars on the road shine in the light.
