Cheat Codes
The cheat codes for "Star Wars Battlefront 2" can only be used in single-player mode. The codes are entered on the pause screen during a battle. The code to give infinite ammo is Up, Down, Left, Down, Down, Left, Down, Down, Left, Down, Down, Down, Left, Right. This code is most helpful for the Sniper and Heavy Trooper classes because both carry small supplies of ammo and are not often in a good position to pickup ammo from fallen enemy soldiers. Standard Troopers, Engineers and Officers will find the benefit of infinite ammo less useful. The code to make your character invincible is Up, Up, Up, Left, Down, Down, Down, Left, Up, Up, Up, Left, Right. This code will not guarantee victory but makes it substantially easier to win battles.
Force Power Cheat
Count Dooku and the Emperor have a glitch in their force powers that allow either to link two force powers together. This will allow them to quickly damage their target with little force expenditure. Use the Force Choke on an enemy soldier. Once the soldier is being choked, immediately switch to another power and use that. The enemy soldier will take damage from both powers, but only the Force Choke cost will be subtracted from the Force meter for either character. This cheat works especially well with the Force Lightening ability.
Easily Earn Upgrades
"Star Wars Battlefront 2" grants players a medal for killing multiple foes with a single weapon or earning a large number of points without dying. After earning the medal four times, the player will earn a buff or better weapon. Earning the metal 64 times will give the player the bonus permanently. These medals can be quickly earned by earning the medal on a map and then respawning repeatedly. Select Kashyyyk or Hoth and play as the Rebels on Easy. Both of these maps give the Rebel side barricades and force the Imperial forces to run across a wide open field to reach you. Use the basic Rebel Trooper for your soldier. Stand in a bunker and kill enemies with a Blaster Rifle until you get the "War Hero" medal. You will earn "Frenzy," "Endurance" and "Guardian" before "War Hero." When you get "War Hero," go to the options menu and respawn as a Rebel Trooper. Keep repeating this process until the map ends. You should be able to get all four medals multiple times each playthrough. These are the four most useful medals to get because they unlock the Elite Rifle and damage reduction, energy regeneration and damage bonuses.
