Things You'll Need
Instructions
Turn on the PSP, computer and wireless internet. PSP must be connected to the wireless connection to activate the Flash player. If you have a secure network, you need to put in the network password. Go to the "Settings" option once you open the Internet browser on the PSP. There will be an option to turn on the Flash player. Select it to enable it.
Put one end of the USB cable in the PSP and the other in the computer. Go to the settings tab on the PSP and choose "USB connection."
Download a Flash game onto your computer. Flashgamesdownloads.com is one of many websites that offer free downloads. Search for free Flash games and click on the download link on the game page. Save the download to the desktop of your computer when a prompt pops up asking for a save location. The downloaded file should end in ".swf." Scan for viruses once the download completes.
Open "My Computer" folder on your PC and, with the PSP connected, you should see a device called "Removable Disk." Double click on "Removable Disk." Create a new folder within the "Removable Disk" folder and name it "pspflashgaming" so that you will be able to find it later on your PSP. Once you have created the "pspflashgaming" folder you need to create another new folder inside of this folder called "games."
Double click on the "games" folder that you just created. With that folder open, locate the game that you downloaded to the hard drive of your PC. Drag and drop the game into your "gaming" folder.
Once your PSP and PC are done copying the game file, disconnect your USB cable. Go to your Internet browser on the PSP and the location you need to type in is "file:/pspflashgaming/games/gamename.swf." The gamename.swf acts as a default name. The gamename.swf will be exactly the game name. For example, if you download Tetris, it would be file:/pspflashgaming/games/tetris.swf. This is the folder location you just created and the game you just copied from your computer. Typing this in your browser is how you will access and play your game.
