Instructions

    • 1

Format your Memory Stick. You can do this by clicking "Home" on your PSP device and then selecting the "Settings" column. You should then select "Format Memory Stick" and you will receive a warning screen where you need to select "Yes" to reformat your Memory Stick. You should only format your Memory Stick if you have not done so before, as it will clear any data on the Memory Stick.

Connect your computer and PSP using the USB cable by plugging the Mini-B side into your PSP and the Standard slot into a USB port. You should then enter "My Computer" on your computer, and you will see a new removable disk drive. Open the Disk Drive. You should also open the folder on your computer that contains the game you wish to transfer.

Select the Disk Drive for the PSP and enter the folder named "PSP." There should then be a folder named "Games." Right click the file containing your game, select copy and then paste it into the "Games" folder.

Remove your USB cable from the PSP and exit out of "USB Connect" mode on the PSP. Go to "Games" on your PSP and find the file you are looking for by looking in "Memory Stick."
