How to Get Windows Vista on Your PSP

Follow these instructions to download and run Windows Vista on your PSP. You'll need a USB cable to connect your PSP to your desktop computer, and you'll also need a desktop computer with an internet connection.

      Enable WMA Flash Player on your PSP.

      Select "settings," then "system settings," then "enable WMA flash player."

      Download windows vista for PSP.

      Using your desktop computer, download the windows vista program for PSP. Go to this link: http://www.download.com/PspWxp/3640-7242_4-10531428.html

      Download PspWxp 1.02 by clicking download and save the file in a folder on your computer.

      Connect your PSP to your desktop.

      Use a cable to connect your PSP to your desktop computer.

      Drag the file into the PSP file folder.

      When the wizard pops up (after you connect your PSP to your computer), slelct the option to "open folder to view files." Now simply drag the file you downloaded into the folder of files on your PSP. When the transfer is complete, disconnect your PSP from your desktop.

      Access Windows Vista on your PSP.

      Delete cache and cookies, open the internet on you PSP, and then type file:/pspwxp/index.htm in the address bar. This will access the windows program that you transferred to the PSP. Save this address with a bookmark and you will be able to access it quickly in the future.
